By the end of this session we'll find a way to double your
PPC sales/leads at no extra marketing cost.
If you are already advertising on Google, Yahoo or MSN, we'll do a dense 30 minute tactical review. And if you haven't gotten started in PPC Advertising yet, you'll get a more complete 60 minute session where we also do a competition analysis, industry analysis and a feasibility study for your situation.

For current advertisers, we'll hold a 30 minute review session. Some of the things I cover are
- Campaign & Ad Group Separation: To find a better way to organize your keywords and get better Click-Through-Rates.
- Ad Copy Critique: If your ad copy is enticing enough to warrant a click, and if it links well enough to the landing page for a sale.
- Keyword Range: Depending on your case you may be advertising on too many or too few keywords, we'll find a strategy that will work for you.
- Landing Page Critique: Getting people to click your advertisement is less than half the battle, actually monetizing their visit is the real challenge. How well does your landing page perform?
- Conversion Process Overview: The Landing Page is the first step of the funnel, we'll also take a look at your website, follow-up process and offering to prospects.

For new advertisers, we'll hold a 60 minute review session. This includes everything in the 30 minute session plus ...
- Industry Cost Analysis: We'll do a preliminary research in your industry and find out the approximate costs per click and required budget each month. You definitely need some experienced insight in this area.
- Competition Sophistication Analysis: It doesn't matter how many companies are competing against you ... it only matters how good their marketing is. We'll spy on your competition for you and find out how easy or hard it is to beat them.
- Team (or Personal) Strengths: This is something nobody else in the world has bothered to do for you. Introduce me to your team, and I'll tell you how to split up the workload among the members to achieve maximum results from PPC. At this step, you'll also know whether you should handle PPC in-house or outsource it.
- PPC Feasibility: Everyone has a different situation. Different industries. Different time constraints. Different budget constraints. Different financial goals. And PPC isn't right for everyone. If you want an honest, no-holds-barred answer to whether you can realistically make a profit from PPC marketing in your situation, this is where you will find that answer.

A 30 Minute Session Costs S$298. A 60 Minute Tactical Session Costs SS$595. If we decide to work together on any consulting or service projects in the future, this amount will be deducted from my future fees.
Seems too expensive? Just compare it to the thousands of dollars of ads you would otherwise run that do not reach their potential. Or the hundreds of hours of effort you'd spend before learning the things we'll discuss. Or the thousands of dollars in lost sales if you didn't pick the right strategy in the begining of your marketing campaigns.
- Fill the paperwork
Remember the big fat form every doctor has you fill? I know it's boring and sucks ... but it helps the doctor understand your situation and give you the best advice possible. I need the same kind of procedure to ensure that you get the best value out of your investment into this session.

- Pre-pay and confirm your time
Once you specify your choice of time slots and send it in (details are in the form), we'll contact you to complete your payment for the session approximately 4 days before the actual session. Most Tactical Review sessions can be accomodated within 4-10 days from the request date.
